  1. I offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Please review my cancellation policies before booking. Plan to be at the salon for at least 2 plus hours, as timing may vary depending on your hair’s condition. To avoid stress, I recommend not scheduling other commitments too close to your appointment.

2. HOW TO PREP YOUR HAIR BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT 

To ensure the best results, please follow these prep instructions carefully:

• Hair must be clean, dry, and worn down at the time of your appointment.
• No products in the hair (such as gels, creams, oils, or butters).
• No protective styles — this includes braids, twists, buns, ponytails, or hats. Protective styles stretch or alter the curl pattern, especially around the perimeter, and prevent me from accurately cutting your curls.
• Hair should be in its most natural state with curls fully detangled.

⚠️ Important: Clients must arrive with hair properly prepped. If hair is not prepared as instructed, a $40+ fee will be added for the extra time required. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please understand all appointments are time-sensitive, and arriving late affects other clients scheduled after you.

Cancellation Policy

• Notice Required: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-Shows / Same-Day Cancellations: If you do not show up or cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Clients who no-show may be restricted from booking future appointments.
• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. However, they may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
