What To Know Before Booking
1. I will give a 15 minute grace period. Please see my policies about cancelations. Also, please plan to be at the salon for 2 hours. It’s possible for time to run over depending on the condition of the hair. I don’t recommend you put yourself in a time crunch.
2. COME WITH HAIR PREPPED! Please come with curls detangled, 1-2 day hair should be fine. If you are getting a haircut also have your hair dry with little to no products in the hair. DO NOT pull hair back in tie or clips that way the curls are not stretched out, this could greatly affect the haircut especially if you get a lot of shrinkage. Not following instructions may result in having to reschedule. Check out the policy tab for more info.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect our time and the time of our clients, the following policy applies to all bookings:
1. Notice Required – Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
2. Late Cancellations – If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your service fee will be charged.
3. No-Shows – If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee and future bookings will require full payment upfront.
4. Deposits – All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
5. Grace Period – Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or modified, and fees may still apply.
